Put off by CrossFit initially, Jason, in his quest for finding the best training approaches for his clients, pushed passed the “stupid trainers doing stupid things” that prevents so many people from really looking into CrossFit, and dove head first into the CrossFit movement.

At the end of the day, CrossFit is about pushing the edge of your fitness...whatever and wherever that ‘fitness limit’ may be.

Erin is a 3 Time National figure competing-semi pro soccer playing-marathon running female that seeks excellence in all that she does. Frustrated by all the “unqualified CrossFit coaches that seem to put good people in harms way of injury and frustration”, Erin set out to change the CrossFit scene from the inside-out.

Erin is important because she energizes the competitive spirit at CrossFit Intent. She loves supporting women in exercise and is passionate about helping other women achieve radically fit lives.

Bob is the worker bee of the group. His diligence to detail is felt throughout our company and is an imperative part of our success. The most educated of the group, Bob consistently makes sure our programs produce the very best for our members in both safety and results.

Bob is in charge of all special programing for CrossFit Intent along with all the back office accounting stuff that the rest of us are not good at (nor want to do). Bob is tremendously skilled at placing people in the very best position for success.

Brian has an innovative approach to CrossFit that has helped revolutionize the Akron area over the past 5 years. His experiences range from bringing hundreds of people to love CrossFit, has CF Olympic Lifting, CF Endurance, CF Kids, CF Running and CF Mobility, USA Weightlifting, has coached a CrossFit World Champion, to creating programs that help change people's lives.
